His Royal Majesty Emintsinminim Otu XI,  a Gazetted Paramount  chief  of Abora State in the Central region,  has been finally sworn in as a member of the  Central Regional House of Chiefs.

His Royal Majesty Emintsinminim Otu XI,  a Gazetted Paramount  chief  of Abora State in the Central region,  has been finally sworn in as a member of the  Central Regional House of Chiefs.

The  Nananom  and Aboraman of Abora Traditional Council on the 25th of August, 2023,  joined Emintsinminim  Otu XI  to be  officially sworn in  before the President and other Paramount chiefs present to become a member of the Central Regional House of Chiefs in  Cape Coast.

The swearing in was successful  despite several attempts to place injunctions and even a rumoured  planned injunction (on the very day)….

Hundreds of Aboraman  and Nananom turned up in bus loads and cars at   grounds of  House of  Chiefs, in Central region to jubilate with their Paramount
Chief,  His Royal Majesty Emintsinminim Otu XI, and to celebrate such a joyous occasion.

This momentous occasion was  also graced and witness by Divisional chiefs, Sub chiefs and Queen mothers from Abora State and other neighbouring paramouncies.

Around 2:00pm, His Royal Majesty Emintsinminim Otu XI was sworn in….He  later  joined  the Aboraman  from  Abora State on a long glorious convoy from the Regional Office of chiefs, Central region back to  Abakrampa in the Abora state, and to the Palace of Emintsinminim Otu XI…

His Royal Majesty promised to make sure the following listed items get his full attention:

1. Quality education as well as
modern, sustainable and universally accessible health care system.
2. Roads which are now in very deplorable state will receive maximum attention from him, and team team will work assiduously and partner governmental officials to upgrade our roads.
3. Solve youth employment situation in a holistic manner.
4. Tourism: Such a great potential which has been left untapped, unmarketed, even
though it has great potential to assist us overcome our pervasive and
excruciating poverty. Options to be consider to impact positively on their fortunes in respect of either inviting private sector participation or build operate and transfer methods to boost our tourism industry.
5.  Land Resources: Team to identify their noble sons and daughters and also from elsewhere who have excelled in their various sectors of human endeavors and economic activities to come together to make good use in the land agricultural.

Finally Nana Emintsinminim Otu XI plead to uphold mentioned promises during his swearing in:

“Nananom, guided by the ideals of our forebears, I Emintsinminim Otu XI, assume this role with a pledge to uphold our cultural heritage, to foster harmony amongst our people and to champion the well-being of every individual whilst embracing opportunity for growth, progress and development.”

His Royal Majesty Emintsinminim Otu XI, after the joyful convoy delivered his speech of Thanksgiving to the various chiefs in the state and Aboraman for accepting him as their Chief and supporting him through the trials.

At His Majesty’s Palace at Abakrampa, His Royal Majesty Emintsinminim Otu XI used the opportunity to appeal for forgiveness from every person he offended during the process and also pleaded to forgive every person who offended him.

He concluded on calling on all Chiefs, family heads, elders of the state and the people of the town (Aboraman)  to come together to make Abora State a memorable and historical State in the present and in  the future.

The Grand finale  was a  float  in  carnival style with music  cheering and dancing  throughout  Abakrampa in the Central region….
